Given chq of 349 to local vendor. But your advertisement does not specify, when the offer starts, nor when it will end. Last offer of 99 was from 7th June 11 and should have been continued upto 6 June 12. But the vendors on Pashan-Sus road are telling us that scheme has ended in May only and have continued the destribution only on payment basis. Please clarify the end date of last offer as well as start and finish dates of new offer.

Till 9/6/12 the delivery of Maharashtra Times was quited satisfactory.
But all of a sudden since last three days I do not get the newspaper.

Our Vendor in Pashan-sus road distribute news paper daily after 10.30 or 11.00 am.I have given him cheque of Rs. 349/- and from today onwards I stopped taking news paper from him due to his late delivery which is of no use to me as I leav early at 8.30am.
I started news paper from new vendor.
How can I get my Maharashtra times from this new vendor? I dont want my old vendor continue dropping MATA late at 11.00am.

]. This new agent said will supply paper from 25-Jun-2012 but on on 25-Jun he said he is not supplier with enough copies by MT.
The check was debited from my a/c on 8/9 Jun 2012. Till date collected 3 copies from paperstall and 2 copies reached at home [total 5 copies not sure if i get paper regularly]. Numerous calls (around 20) to paper agent and 2 calls to customer care [fifth complaint on 26-Jun-2012 as per their records] didn't resolve the issue yet. The person whom I handed over check now says, my address does not cover his area.
He said another paper agent will provide me the service [This fellow is real lier. Says bike is running out of petrol. Afterwards blocked my cell # so that I cannot call him
Customer care person says that all agents get enough copies.
MaTa should have explained that people may need to follow up with paper vendors numerous times to get their paper.
The key here is the money is not handed over by subscriber to vendor instead it is deposited to bccl. The customer care centre has one line only [and my experience only 1 executive].
If they cannot resolve the service they should refund the money at least.

Dear Sir/Madam. I have issued UBI Hadapsargaon Pune branch cheque No 003241 dated 20/05/2012 for Rs 349/- but the vendor has yet not recieved list consisting my name. please do the needful.
max 1 month ago i have given the cheque of rs . 349 of HDFC Bank but till date not debited from my a/c. what's the problem.

I have submitted the cheque for Rs. 349/- to enroll me in this scheme. But my cheque was returned back by my News Paper Agent. He stated that the MATA Office have returned saying 'scheme has rejected on the basis of duplication' I have visited MATA Office on 10.08.12 & to my surprise the Officer to whom I showed the cheque, he also said ;Our system has rejected hence nothing can be done.

I did not gate any newspaper for Aug2012. Our Agent (Dhavale news paper agency, wonder city) told that they had not get list of costumer of whose check is cleared. After continuous follow-up with agent, we get the paper from first week of September. Frequency of receiving paper is only 3 to 4 days paper in a 7days time period. We ask to our agent to give regular service several times still not satisfied.
No customer relationship meaning. Such things decrease the value of Time Group.

The news paper has really degraded in quality of news now a days. It is very sad to say this but it is true. If you really see the space occupied by the news and space occupied by advertisement one can definetly get what i mean to say. I am aware that in 99/- it is practically impossible to deliver news (that to colour!) at ones door step for one year but that dosen’t mean that you fool your customers like this. From about 2 monts the 1st page does have a big ad. And this trend is been followed by almost all leading news papers. I have stopped even looking at the dailynewspaper and my news paper straightaway goes in to “Raddi”. The best part is I have recovered more than those 99/- paid eairlier through the “raddi”.
